What do I need to rent a car?
A valid U.S. driver's license, a major credit card, and proof of insurance (or purchase our coverage at checkout). Verification takes about 15 minutes. A refundable deposit starts at $200 and is returned in full when the vehicle comes back in the same condition.
Can I take a rental out of state?
Yes. Just tell us your destination when you book so we can prep the vehicle for a long drive — tires, fluids, and a full safety check. Driver-service rentals cover the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas.
How does the 30-day service warranty work?
Bring the vehicle back or call us at (214) 555-0147 with your invoice number. Any issue related to the parts and labor we provided is inspected and fixed at no charge.
Do you offer roadside or breakdown help?
Yes — our Dallas crew and towing partners are on call daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Corporate plan customers get a 24-hour emergency SLA.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and net-30 terms for registered corporate accounts. For repairs, payment is due after the work is done and you are satisfied with the result.
