EverAfter Weddings is a full-service wedding planning studio based in Los Angeles, serving couples across Southern California. Since 2013, we have guided more than 350 couples — from intimate ceremonies of 50 guests to ballroom receptions of 2,000 guests. One dedicated team handles one wedding at a time, with fully transparent planning: you always know exactly where every dollar of your budget goes.

Ideally 6–12 months before your date, while the best venues and vendors are still available. That said, we are also experienced with express weddings planned in 1–3 months — reach out and we will check availability for your date.
Absolutely. In your free consultation, we map out your priorities together: what deserves to be premium (for example catering and photo & film) and where you can save without losing the feel of the day. Every line item is transparent — no hidden fees, ever.
Of course. We will coordinate your chosen vendors and make sure their quality standards and timing align with the run-of-show. If you do not have vendors yet, we offer a curated list of 120+ vetted partners.
Simple and secure, in stages: a 30% deposit to lock in your date, 40% after the production meeting and vendor finalization (60 days out), and the remaining 30% balance due 7 days before the wedding. Everything is documented in a formal service agreement.
Yes. We have extensive experience with cultural and faith-based ceremonies of many traditions, as well as international weddings. We serve Los Angeles and greater Southern California; other destinations are available with a team travel adjustment.
Full-service: we guide you from the very start of planning (six months out) — concept, vendors, budget, through the wedding day itself. Day-of coordination: you plan it yourselves, and we take over execution 30 days out to make sure the day runs exactly to the run-of-show. Both can be discussed in your free consultation.
